Why is it that snorers are always the first to fall asleep?

X

Snoring often causes much tension and can sometimes have adverse health effects, and not just for the snorer. Patients have complained that on holiday they need to book two hotel rooms, one for the snorer and one for the spouse!

Dr. Grossmann has been making snoring appliances for over ten years and these have been effective for many snorers, including those suffering from mild or moderate obstructive sleep apnea.

The appliances are usually plastic devices worn in the mouth during sleep to prevent the soft throat tissues from collapsing and obstructing the airway. They do this by bringing the lower jaw forward and/or by lifting your soft palate - all painless!

We would always suggest that you contact your GP about any form of sleep apnea before seeing Dr. Grossmann.
